Restored in 2007. The hotel stands in the heart of the city's shopping and entertainment centre, close to the railway station, bus station and department stores. A few metres away from the famous Explanada (a marvellous palm-tree bordered promenade along the seafront), sport port and beach-coast area. Excellent access to the fairground, airport, Ciudad de la Luz and the motorways of Alicante.
The hotel offers 12 conference rooms, an internet corner, Finnish sauna, a cafe, a breakfast patio and a garage.

Easily and quickly accessible from the airport, and perfectly connected to the main highways and means of transport in Alicante.
By car from Madrid:
When arriving in Alicante through Madrid Highway N-330, follow the road signs pointing to the city center (Centro Ciudad). Once in the city center, take Aguilera Street up to Maisonave Avenue. Take this avenue and turn left on the third street, that is, on Portugal Street. Turn left again on the second street. This is Pintor Lorenzo Casanova Street, and the hotel is located a few meters ahead on the left side of the street.
By car from Barcelona or Valencia:
Take highway A-7 to get to Alicante. Follow the signs pointing to the city center and the port. Once at the port of Alicante, continue driving to the end of the port, until you find Plaza de Galicia. Pintor Aparicio Street begins here and runs into the city center. Take this street and turn left on the fourth street, that is, on Pintor Lorenzo Casanova Street. You will find the hotel a few meters ahead on the left side of the street.
By car from the airport:
Leave the airport towards the center of Alicante along highway N-340. Follow the signs pointing to the port. At the beginning of the port’s boulevard you will find Plaza de Galicia, go round this square and take Pintor Aparicio Street, which begins here and leads to the city center. Turn left on the fourth street, that is, Pintor Lorenzo Casanova Street: you will find the hotel a few meters ahead on the left side of the street.
